Toreta – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Toreta™ – Back to Roots. By using our services (via WhatsApp, web, or any other channel), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Toreta provides AI-personalized meal plans based on user preferences, which are prepared by professional chefs and delivered to your doorstep in hygienic packaging. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services.
2. Account & Communication
- By interacting with our AI agent or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a guardian.
- Communication is done primarily via WhatsApp or your registered contact information.
- Toreta may send service updates, meal recommendations, or order notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3. Meal Plans & Subscription
- Meal plans are generated using your preferences, health data, and dietary inputs. Users are responsible for providing accurate information.
- Subscription packages are available on weekly/monthly plans.
- Subscription renewal, pausing, or cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the next cycle.
4. Add-ons & Customization
- Premium add-ons like protein sides, drinks, or desserts are available at additional cost.
- Customization requests must be made during meal selection. Late requests may not be accommodated.
5. Live Kitchen Transparency
- Toreta offers live kitchen streaming for select users to ensure transparency.
- Recordings or misuse of kitchen footage is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination.
6. Payments & Billing
- All payments are to be made in advance via UPI, credit/debit cards, or approved payment links.
- Billing errors must be reported within 3 days of the transaction.
7. Delivery & Service Areas
- Toreta currently serves select areas within Delhi NCR.
- While we strive for on-time delivery, delays due to traffic, weather, or operational issues are possible.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery or proven service failure.
- No refunds are offered for meals already delivered or consumed.Subscription cancellations before the cycle ends may be subject to a deduction.
9. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information regarding allergies, preferences, and delivery location.
- Toreta is not liable for adverse reactions due to unreported allergies or misinformation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content including AI scripts, branding, meal plans, and platform design are owned by Toreta™. Any reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Toreta is not liable for:
- Health outcomes based on inaccurate user inputs
- Delivery delays due to force majeure
- Technical issues beyond our control
12. Changes to Terms
Toreta reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR.
